WILDLIFE WEDNESDAY: BIGHORN SHEEP SPOTTED IN WHISKEY BASIN

“Check the skyline first” is what I always tell guides in training. “The animals will stand out better in some places more than others”. This picture is a classic example. Look close at this bighorn sheep ewe on the skyline and the ewe to the right in the grass below the skyline. There is a huge difference in visibility, and when your job is to find animals, visibility is everything! These bighorn sheep were spotted on the Bighorn Sheep and Native American Petroglyph Tour, offered exclusively by BrushBuck Wildlife Tours, in Whiskey Basin near Dubois, Wyoming.
